awful. My eye doesnt know where to go. The value structure of the palette is so bad. If you were turn this black and white the contrast would be so similar between all the elements. bad design
BUT it looks like the target group are youngsters around age 18, and those usually have no problems with the color scheme and stuff competing for your attention.
If there weren’t a lot going on on the web page, that target group would probably find it boring, conservative and “grown-up”, and stay away from it.
I agree with tony in that it is a bit haphazard, but I really like the fact that its breaking away from the conventional financial services websites. And I really like something about it. Does anyone know who designed it?

I like how it looks, it caught my eye the first time I saw it. Maybe i fall into the 18-25 category why it stands out to me..lol
