I’m kind of disappointed in this design. It looks very refreshing at first, as “author” mentioned. However, there are a lot of details that have been neglected for no apparent reason:
1) The wood background should be background-position: top center.
2) The tri-colour pattern on the right doesn’t repeat properly if the content pushes it too far.
3) When I look at the site, my eyes really don’t know where to look. There’s no real indication of what I should be looking at when.
The colours and overall look of the site are nice, however I’m not sure it’s as functional as a real estate website needs to be (in my personal opinion).

I would have to completely disagree with the above post. I have no problem leading my eye through this refreshing and fun realtor site. Kudos to the designers and the Agent for getting outside of the box. VERY good job.
To start with I am amazed this is a real estate site. We work with so many real estates agents and everything has to look the same, so congratulations on selling them on the idea.
Couple of points on the design. The tricolour pattern doesn’t repeat correctly, nor does the background. If you are going to use a texture to repeat, at least make sure it is seamless.
I don’t have any problem with leading my eye, but you menu across the top doesn’t seem to match you design especially when you actually mouse-over it, that part was plain ugly, this great big brown box that appears around the text.
Thats the negetive out of the way, design wise I love the look and feel there is not doubt to where this real estates is based. You have some very nice touches to the site, local flowers appearing behind photos, the wood grain feel, it all just screams layed back and easy going. So congrats on the nice design job!
