I like the layout, and visual design - but the call to action is to watch a video and unless someone has time to view it; they’ve probably already abandoned the site.
On a side note, I have heard good things about the application itself.

People who work in the real world simply do not have the time to blog, do news feeds and all other social network crap. Besides, why should they?
It generates more work than output.
It reminds me a bit of MS Project. Dead before it was born.

not the greatest graphics but after one second at the site you really get what they are doing at the company and what they can offer.
