IMy critique of this site is that it doesn’t establish a visual hierarchy very well. There is a ton of text on the front page, and I found my eye jumping around without knowing where to focus first.
There must like eight different type sizes on the first page alone, in a variety of colors. That makes it difficult to get a sense of the importance of each individual group of words. There’s no visual outline with clear headings, subheadings and body copy.
Finally, the grid looks inconsistent. A more rigid grid could give the front page an organizing principle and a backbone, guiding the user’s eye and creating flow.
The frustrating thing is that this site is right there. Its graphical elements are nice, with a strong color palette. Take some content off the front page, emphasize your grid, normalize your typography and I think it’s very strong.

I found myself agreeing with everything you just said. Just by removing the “You are at Auditude index.. blala” it would improve a lot.
Also, by removing some of the text far below would also significantly improve it.

Great job on the site. This is a good example of pushing through and styling every last detail, not just giving up after 90% of it is done!
