Thats a bit harsh.
The only thing I find annoying is the noises it makes on mouse roll over. Apart from that it looks good and works great.

Lonnie D. is probably a PSDTUTS regular. ;)
That said, the design still has some rough spots (such as the “web 2.0 shiny glossy free plugin”-like controls… it doesn’t suit the site’s minimalism.)
Overall though - most of what it shows can be done with HTML, CSS, and AJAX. I don’t see the need to create it in Flash.
