Very nice but there’s two things i’m not keen on. The main text at the top – the bit with the email and everything is an image, not good for accessibility and awkward if people want to copy and paste any of the details.
Don’t get me wrong, i think the design if extremely good, just nit picking. The other thing is the repeating of the top nav. I agree the links are needed throughout the page, maybe if they’re in a different style to the top nav.
this site is very nice in the way it functions. I especially like the js used to scroll to the various portions of the page. I like to avoid reload in the browser whenever possible. Plus its easier to know where you are in the site! Great work!

Totally agree with rich… should be text for contact details, not images.

Yup. They used that image replacement technique instead of SIFR.
