Flash use is okay for consistence, but they really should include a regular text file too, and include the Flash stuff through CSS or some such. Google is missing out on their entire navigation and other details in the movie!

Hmmmm, I like the header menu but in general white space is seriously lacking.
The Flash use for parts of the navigation is totally unnecessary.
@Tom, I agree. That effect could have been achieved just as easily with jQuery.
