I like it, my only suggestion would be on the nav bar: the white mouseovers on the text are a little hard to read… maybe a darker/lighter shade of the blue could fix that. Otherwise, very nice and clean.

simple and to the point. Nothing overdone. Gradients, Colors and Icons/Graphics are very affective here.
