i like the design, logo, colour scheme etc, but i was slightly confused wen i first entered the site.

i felt kinda lost and didnt know wot the site was about. i thought there was too many things to click on, therefore not clicking on anything and leaving the site.

i just think a little more can be done for the users that will stumble apon ur site, rather than expecting ever1 to know wot its there for.

This site is alright, subtly reminds me of web designer wall with all the use of paper in the design l*

I don’t know though, I think the best part of the whole site is the logo, that’s a really good idea.

Could use some serious image optimizing. The home page with all graphics and scripts included clocks in at over 2MB!!!!!!!!!! There’s no excuse for that.

    Looks good though.

Thanks for the feedback on our site!

Liam at wefunction.com is a fantastic designer and a great guy.

We have been working on optimizing the whole site so that it loads super fast, and has a small footprint.

Also, great feedback on how we need to communicate to our readers that stumble on the site, what we are about and what is going on. Will be working an intro about Ecoki and what we are about into the home page.

Basically we are a not for profit site that is promoting sustainable living. Its a work of love rather then for profit :)

Thanks all! Much appreciate the honest feedback, please let us know if you have any other suggestions or ideas for us, we are listening :)

The design is very well done. You can tell a great attention to detail with it. Even down to the breadcrumb design on internal pages.

A couple issues though, but not design related… the banner links don’t seem to linked correctly?

And the image file size optimization is really needed.

Wow – love the design. So much attention to detail.

But – too much info on the homepage – way too long, and Firebug is reporting a page size of 3MB – ouch. It’s all a bit same-same. And no real description on what the site is about.

Great design, but too much information on the home page.

The entire “shop” section needs to be adjusted.

The site was loading fine for me though.

I absolutely love this design. It reminds me slightly of the http://www.good.is which is in the same vein as this but this goes beyond that graphics wise.

Fantastic details everywhere here. Love the hand made read more and that stuff.

Do you guys know the designer?
