I like the header design but it all goes a bit plain and boring to me towards the middle. Doesn’t make me want to sit and read anything much which I think is a shame as the interest could have been carried down the page somewhat.
Nice improvement from the old website. But i have to agree with DanC about content under the banner, looks a bit boring, maybe some elements from the banner to tie the design together.
I’m not a big fan of blogs being the first thing you see on portfolio sites. For instance, when this site loads up, I see a bunch of random imagery, followed by a large title that has nothing to do with it.
i.e. What does the first portfolio piece have to do with the title “Color Unity: Adobe vs. HTML”
I really like the header design. Also how the header changes on the homepage each time you go to it. I do agree with evan though, that either the blog should have been on a different page or the header for that page should be design to better fit the blog.
This seems like a new agency trend, as Ignacio pointed out, it has a lot of the same vibe as Odopod. With the amount of Impressive work Big Spaceship does (HBO Voyeur, The Corona Beach just to name but a few) this site is just not very impressive reflection of the talent they hold.

Honestly, I expected more from a company who made something as awesome as Pretty Loaded.

Согласен конечно
Для меня это точно очень актуально
В вашем сообщении конечно много чего упрощено, в отличии от реалий…
