I like most of this site, its well put together and does what it needs to do.

I do not like the feedback button. Its something I’ve seen more and more on sites lately and its not a trend I like.

@DanC: Agreed. The feedback tab seems gimmicky to me and reminds me of the ribbon people were throwing on the upper-corner of their sites a year or two ago. I especially dislike how these feedback tabs are positioned with the browser window and not with the page. I find it incredibly distracting from the site’s content.

Perhaps I should submit this all via the feedback button? =P

Thanks for the input guys, I’m definitely flattered to be picked up by BWG.

Re: the feedback button, it’s not something I would experiment with on a client site, but wanted to try it on my own site to see how it felt. My logic was that the rest of the nav leads to content pages whereas Feedback is a separate call to actiont, so I wanted to give it space unto itself. Admittedly, I don’t know if I’ll feel that way a year from now ;)

@Darren – Ican see your point re. the feedback button, its just that I’m not sure that ‘feedback’ as a tag is a good alternative to ‘contact’, certainly I was slightly confused by the lack of a contact option until I clicked the feedback tab and discovered that was where it was.

Maybe just me being special though!

I like the site a lot. Though I have to agree with the previous points made regarding the feedback button. Feels kind of gimmicky. The only other thing I’d like to see are links to the actual sites in your portfolio. Screen grabs are great, but the site itself is even better.

How the article are classifed by date on the blog page is just brilliant ! And for the feedback button, this is not a big issue but I would have make it Javascript by sliding out when clicking on it. Excellent work, beautiful design.

I agree with most of the above as far as the feedback button is concerned – gimmicky, yes, but Darren has a point. The Feedback button seems to invite a friendlier response from the user, whereas a Contact button implies that it would be used for professional inquiries. But, maybe that’s just me :)

I like the feedback tab. It’s what we all want anyway – for our audience to contact us directly. It’s constant placement is a reminder, that – hey: Why not just communicate directly.

Does anyone know where I can find a web photo gallery that has comments with each photo. Other wise you can add a comment about that photo.
I have looked over and over and I just can’t seem to find that option. Can anyone help?

    Love this site!!
