Why do designers insist on using light grey text on white backgrounds? Designers are afraid of black.

It’s a nice site. I like when people don’t take themselves seriously.
I agree about the light grey on white, it’s just plain hard to read. I understand avoiding absolute black, but darker text would work perfectly.

The sarcasm gets old, like he is trying too hard to seem funny or cool. Nice site though. Agree about the light on light.
