@Design Gallery- Thank you for that enlightening and relevant comment. Close this thread, nothing more needs to be said now that the all great and powerful Design Gallery posted this three days ago.
@DG – Buddy that comment is not needed on this gallery. You can go punt your site somewhere else. It’s not a competition to see who features these sites first.
For me this is just another site that places an apple product quite large on the home page (i[phone) and then it warrants some kind of best web gallery exposure (no pun intended!)
The design is nice and all but it offers nothin new and is just one big advertisement.
It’s more relevant to comment on the site. ‘Software’ is just a categorization of the type of website. I wouldn’t comment on the service offered by the companies in the corporate category.
The website, is nicely executed in my opinion. Not ground-breaking but as I read the page I found myself increasingly convinced of the app’s worth. With the plethora of crap useless camera apps in the app store, I think it’s a testiment to the quality of the communication that this one seems to be worthwhile. The illustrations do a nice job of detailing the features.
Also no flash, which is nice.
My only criticism would be that the gallery runs too slowly to be impressive, it could be simplified and have a better effect. Doesn’t really benefit from the complex transitions and animations and it looks a little inelegant.
While it’s not the prettiest thing I’ve seen, it achieves what it’s supposed to and that’s informing and selling me on the product. The repetitive “$10,000 CANON!” ad does get annoying, personally.

Not impressive.
i like the background texture. and the app itself looks pretty cool and well designed.
Bear in mind this has been posted in the category ‘Software’ so I feel it is more relevant to comment on the App rather than the site itself.
Even though the site is ok, the app looks pretty fab in my opinion, loads of image editing options and the interface looks really sweet.
Good job.
Best web or best app?

@Design Gallery: That’s actually humorous that you made that comment considering most of your featured sites were on here weeks, even months earlier.
my bad guys.. forgive? recognizing ones faults is sometimes considered very noble.
Website is too slow.
The flow seems off as well not a very good user experience.

@Design Gallery- While I can’t speak for these other white devils. I forgive you.
I am in agreement with Carl, Chris, and Rich here.
As a single-page promotion, it could have been done in a much better fashion.
As to why it’s on the gallery… the textures would be my guess.
Hey, nice site you got here! Keep up the good work
