@Pirkka: The fact that our home page scroller doesn’t function without javascript was not a concern of ours as most our site visitors are bloggers or designers themselves. If they didn’t have javascript running on their browsers they wouldn’t be enjoying their own wordpress sites much either :)
@Jonathan: Thanks mate, glad you like.
@Nick: Thanks for the feature. If you do have the time please update the screenshot as we have revised our logo since we launched.

I paid 150.00 to grab a template… images don’t appear… followed all instructions… plug-in is required for certain types of posts… and, guess what? They haven’t paid their web bill and their site is down.

there freshnews theme isnt i.e6 compatible check their demo in a renderer and you will see
That your images did not appear is not the fault of the theme itself, it’s because your webhost company does not support PHP GD, or don’t have one of the latest versions.
I had that problem to and because my old webhosting company couldn’t/didn’t want to help me, I moved to another webhost company where the theme works just fine.

The main piece of content doesn’t function without JavaScript. Just wondering if this was intentional design decision…

So don’t blame them, blame your hosting company!
