I like the illustrations quite a bit, and agree that the design is a little short to have the “scroll-to” function laid out the way it is. If the content were perhaps placed in a div with a fixed height that hid overflow to conceal sections that currently aren’t highlighted, I think it would make more sense.

Nice illustrations but it was kinda weird to use a “scroll-to” function when there’s such short information. Looks “OK” in 1920×1200 res.
