I like it, I wouldnt say best of but definitely needs a space on BWG.
What does really bother me is the line heights in the left bar, just a bit more padding to make them more readable would be good.
But I still like the site, I like the search box effect that he has used (I wonder if he stole that effect from our theme Hash One , just joking Jeff) and the layout is not 100% conventional which I like too.
I am sure DDD is thinking that the site is on here because of the name but I don’t agree.

I think I will reserve my comments. For once, I’d like to see what the others will say (and see if they are thinking what I’m thinking).
Well, Jeff Finley works for GoMedia. GM makes great stuff. Besides that, I think his site itself is nothing special…
I forgot to mention Best of is totally out of the question. The name Jeff Finley, yes. The site, no.
I like the concept, it is clean and simple, much to my taste. But little things like the un-centred layout turns me off the design as a whole.

That photo in the upper left just doesn’t blend. Kind of abrupt. Each page is also very similar… maybe too much.
There’s a few details that could be made to really help the design pop and work. It’s almost there, but not quite.
