You know, I was going to say how much the diagonal lines on the background remind me of Area 17 but then I noticed it was them who designed this site as well!

Is that self plagiarism? Who cares!

This site is nice, I like the theme and the way it has been put together.

Bit disappointed that most of the content is still ‘coming soon’ though.

Yea, I agree. I like the design and layout overall but the fact they have an english version of the site that the only english I can read is “Content coming soon” is sort of disappointing. Otherwise it’s a very intriguing site.

This is really old. According to Area 17’s site, they did this in 2007. A little bit slow to get here…

This site was designed by The Master - Arnaud Mercier about 3 years ago.

When you think about how fast things move in web design (sites I produced 3 years ago now look a little dated) it still looks fresh and interesting today.

    The man is a genius.

Thanks Geoff! The site was actually designed by David Lamothe - http://www.area17.com/people/david-lamothe - but as Arnaud’s partner for 5 years, I can tell you first hand that he is a gentlemen, a scholar and yes even a genius.

Arnaud did design the visual identity and the first website - http://www.area17.com/work/nove-brand-and-website - and of course eyes and hands is in everything we do.
