The image is strangely big, what’s the reason for that?
There’s links to buy, download and support before you can even understand what it is/does. I have to scroll down to find out, that information should be above the fold.
The Javascript is nice but when clicking a link the page should scroll down to the content.
Minor issues that could be easily fixed to make it a more pleasant experience.
I’m pretty sure the website’s layout and massive icon were inspired by Panic: http://www.panic.com/coda/ A good example, however, of ‘inspiration’ and not ‘rip off’. But poor judgement on not convincing the user to buy before asking them if they want to buy (placing the buy button before the content).

Not wildly keen on the massive graphic at the top – feels a bit overbearing.
I like the menubar/bookmark effect – nifty, though It doesn’t degrade at all with Javascript switched off.

super slick website. agree with Ian on his points and the icon at the top… what is it?!
I think it’s soap on a rope.
Horrible menu bug under Opera!
So nice, in special way the choice of colors. The menu is great. A little good job, for me.
nice site, looks a little dull though.
