Lots to like about this site, the about page, the little details surrounding the main containers etc. I do feel a few things are lacking though.
Like @David Perel mentioned, the background image would be better fixed rather than fading towards the bottom. I also feel the footer was a vast disappointment when compared to the rest of the site. It just felt like a missed opportunity.
Overall though, I really enjoyed the site and that’s the main thing!
Great job. A breath of fresh air in a sea of bloated agency Flash microsites. I appreciate that it does more than just show off “work” and say “we’re hip”, it actually brings releveance.

I like the “who we are” page, where the people “look” at who your mouse is over.
Best site I’ve seen in ages.
The intro video is brilliant, as is the People page with the heads that follow your mouse.
It gets the job done and it’s got some show-off features that aren’t just there for the sake of showing-off.
Glad to see it’s not just another website trying to follow the latest trends too.
That Team page is really cool. Only thing I would change is to make the background image fixed so there is no need to fade it out into black.
Absolutely love the intro video.
And as mentioned the following heads is amusing.
Only thing I would change is the text on the team page (the persons name and title). A little difficult to read.
