Something very pleasing about this site, easy to use, easy to understand and great to look at.
One small quibble is for the modal window when viewing the work, maybe more opacity on the background would help everything remain ‘in-touch’ with the main design, as it stands there is no visual tie backs. Just my 2 pence.

I actually agree with DanC. Everything ties together nicely but that one element. Otherwise, the look and feel of the site are great in my opinion.
