Not a big fan of all the indications at the grid, at the top and the dotted lines. I think the grid should speak for itself through the placement of elements, which it would do were they not there. It just makes it look a little busy.
The link glow effect is a bit extravagant. I think that glow and the diagonal patterned buttons are slightly at odds with the rest of the design.

Design wise, nothing particularly revolutionary. However the excellent use of jQuery takes it to another level. Nice
