Thanks for the link. I know long site colly.com and first noticed this method there. Mobile is the best solution, although I use the old-fashioned another method [ link media="only screen and (max-device-width: 480px) and (min-device-width: 320px)" href="/style/pda.css" ]

I agree, WearyMax, the resize is indeed fantastic. Other than that, I don’t see much that hasn’t been done before.
Forgive my ignorance, but of what use is this “resize method”?
I’m not being sarcastic here.. I’m really trying to understand how this is useful. Is it somehow tied to mobile development?
Thanks
What`s the name of this resize technique?
@rb
Tied to Mobile viewing, i.e. iPhone, IPad
Also monitor resolution.
Looks great Stephen.
@Benny – it is done by CSS media queries – http://www.webdesignerwall.com/tutorials/css3-media-queries/
Liking the re size technique, the design is ok.
The typography however is just plain average (I’ve never seen knockout & gotham used so badly)
=(
Nice code.
Other than that, I sit in the same camp as Amanda and Bloke.
Oh, and nice tutorial Nick. That’s genuinely one of the clearest ones I’ve seen on the topic of media queries.

The resize method is “Responsive Web Design” by Ethan Marcotte:
