Simple, but powerful idea with changing background. Works pretty fluently in chrome. Congrats! Like it ;)

Ok it’s HTML5. This design does not stand out for me. Looks every Flash portfolio template I’ve ever seen.

    Not very thoughtful or original.

Hi, It’s Jochem (creator and owner of the site) here. Yesseri, I agree with you: the interface is not inovative, it’s just simple and focusses on the photo’s rather than on the interface/texts.
But it isn’t HTML5. Funny how people confuse HTML5 with dHTML (JS + CSS).

I feel like adding some padding around all of the elements would make the site much easier to look at. It just feels like the navigation and bits of content to the right are jammed in there too tight.

    Let it breathe!

Otherwise, beautiful photos. I especially like the one of the camels in the sand.

At least for the English version, the copy needs some serious editing. Grammatical and sentence flow mistakes galore in the About and Services sections.

Interesting website, I agree with some of the comments above in that it looks like it’s flash but in fact its not… crazy :)

I love this sliding panel, how did you do that?
    it’s only JS and CSS?
How could you change the content in the animated bar?

@Pat: the sliding is done using Jquery’s “Animate” , Just JS and CSS. The changing content is done using an AJAX request which gets the content from a PHP file.
