The color choice is good and I like the drop down effect of the navigation.
I’m not the biggest fan of Vimeo though… The video took pretty long to load so I would suggest optimizing the quality a bit more… just a thought.
creatively there is nothing special about it…my guess for the site to be on the list is so people can click on it and the host of this site get paid.
