Personally, I think all the 3rd party ads/job listings are given way too much attention on the pages. They actually stand out more than the content of the site. And when pages load, they’re the first thing to show up on the page. More of a “first impression” type of opinion than anything.

Maybe the header is not the best..The space for me are so much. I any case is a graphic nice and clean. Eay work..like design.
