Poor usability, no one knows where they’re going until they click. The transitions from squares to circles are cool though.
They should probably add icons to the link and text, so people know where they are going before they click on it. Other than that, the site is cool.
I thought it offers interesting hover and reveal effects, I agree it could use some labels and some more instructions to help understand the UI. I always enjoy designers pushing the UI experiment.
